They alone in this world are endowed with the highest wisdom and are firm in their conviction of the sameness and birthlessness of Ataman. The ordinary man does not understand their way. (Chapter IV — Alatasanti Prakarana 95-P-188 in Upanishads by Nikilanada)
This vast cosmos with all its contents (atom, molecule, sun, moon, planet, and star) all are created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Awareness is the nature of the soul or consciousness. The consciousness is existence itself.
Consciousness is ever-present. Without consciousness, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist. Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proof. It is not possible to deny consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman.
Consciousness is the root element of the universe. From consciousness, the universe comes into existence. In consciousness, the universe resides. And into the consciousness, the universe is dissolved. the consciousness is the parent of all that is there.
When you realize the words, thoughts, and world in which you exist are created out of single stuff and that single stuff is consciousness, then you will realize the truth which is beyond the form, time, and space.
When everything is created out of consciousness then there is no second thing that exists, other than consciousness. It takes time to grasp the Advaitic truth. All the obstacles have to be overcome one by one.

Everything is consciousness (Spirit). The one, who views and judges the worldview on the base of the waking entity (ego) will not realize the fact that the man including the world is created sustained and finally dissolves as consciousness. Thus, consciousness alone is, and all else is an illusion.
You and your experience of the world are within the illusion. You are the false Self within the false experience (waking). The waking is a parallel dream and the dream is a parallel waking experience. The Self is neither the waking entity nor the Self is the dream entity but the Self is the Soul witnesses the coming and going of the three states.
The Soul, the Self is nothing to do with you and your experience of the world because it is an ever-formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
The world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The universe is nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness (Spirit).
A person, who stamped his foot on the ground to refute to show the world, is real, ignore that in a dream he would do exactly the same--stamp his dream foot on the ground and assert it to be real.
The Ultimate Reality is one without a second and designates by the name Brahman. Brahman is incorporeal, immutable, all-pervading consciousness, beyond form, time, and space.
Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the aim of every human being. Since everyone thinks the physical body is the self, their aim is misdirected and they focus their attention on materiality which makes one feel the duality [waking] as reality. Therefore, there is no need to study scriptures, or indulge in god and guru glorification, or perform religious rituals. Since they are not the means to acquire non-dual wisdom. It is only a waste of time and effort to indulge in those things.
The individual self is not real, is not accepted by many. The nondual wisdom is based not on the individual self ( ego). Until people hold the ‘I’ as a witness, they will not reach the ultimate understanding.
Even though the self is something other than this waking entity (ego), the majority of people still identify themselves with it. The main reason people identify their-self with the waking entity (ego) is their ignorance of the Real Self.
Whosoever identifies the Self with this bundle of bones and flesh are caught up in the grip of duality. Now the question arises: If the Self is not this waking entity, then what is that self? The real self is not the waking entity but the formless soul, which witnesses the waking entity and waking world together.
The scriptures declare that the Self is the Soul. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness or Spirit —the three states are merely an illusion created out of consciousness. That's all.
Three states are temporary, while the Soul, the Self is immortal, therefore, this waking entity and waking experience are false (impermanent), and the Soul, the Self is real and permanent.
The ultimate goal of human existence is to become re-established in the reality of his true existence through Self-realization. Self-knowledge of Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana makes one realize that form, time and space are one in essence. That essence is the soul or consciousness.

Realizing the essence, which is the Soul or consciousness leads one to nondual Self- Awareness. In Self-awareness, there is only oneness in the midst of duality.

Sage Sankara: ~ “VC~ All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman (Consciousness) which is absolutely free from all the limitations of Maya.
The universe is the product of ignorance. Ignorance is present in the form of the ‘I’.
Sage Sankara says:~ VC-47 All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the non-Self.
Until you think you are an individual separate from the world and the world existed prior to you and you are born in it afterward ignorance will prevail as a reality. Till ignorance is there the universe prevails as a reality.
Sage Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.
Consciousness means existence. The universe exists because of consciousness. Without consciousness, the universe ceases to exist.
The Soul is the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. The Soul is the witness-consciousness that experiences the action, the actor, and the world of separate things. It is like a light that illuminates everything in a theatre, revealing the master of ceremonies, the guests, and the dancers with complete impartiality. Even when they all depart, the light shines to reveal their absence.
The Soul is the Self. The Soul is all-pervading. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness and is not within any particular body it pervades the whole universe.
Consciousness pervades form, time, and space. Without consciousness, form, time, and space cease to exist.
Only in ignorance, there is duality. In reality, there is no duality. ‘I’ is a false nature. Holding the ‘I’ as the Self is holding on to ignorance. The ignorance will not buzz until you hold on to the ‘I’ because ‘I’ itself is ignorance.
You must know what God is supposed to be in actuality. God is the cause of this universe and God is uncaused.
The Soul is not limited to an individual. The individuals are many but the Soul is one. The individual exists within the universe. The Soul is the cause of the universe and it, itself is uncaused.
The Soul is not within the human body. The universe is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Thus, whatever the universe contains is bound o be the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
In the dream world, the dream people appeared together and disappeared together. Similarly, the waking world and waking people appeared together and disappeared together. The dream is created out of single stuff and that stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. In the same way, the waking experience also created out single stuff. And that single stuff is consciousness.
