It is time for the reform to build a strong society free from the religion, religious beliefs and its dogmas superstitions.+

It is time for the reform to build a strong society free from religion, religious beliefs, and dogmas superstitions.

All the Orthodox ideas were rejected by Sage Sankara. There is no need to indulge in rituals, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman. There is no need to study philosophy, to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman then why do you indulge in studying philosophy.

Sage Sankara pokes fun at ascetics and points out that all their austerities do not cause desires to go (Altar Flowers" Page 205, v.2 P.207 v.4)

Sage Sankara pointed out those rituals could in no way bring about wisdom, much less moksha.

Sage Sankara says the rewards of the rituals are not a matter of direct realization. Advaitic wisdom is based on personal realization.

The orthodox Advaitin believes that rituals alone would lead one to higher levels of attainment. Further, the deities would reward only those entitled to perform the rituals alone. The entitlement involved the caste, creed, and other parameters.

The scriptural authority and value of rituals are part of the Advaitic orthodoxy, which is meant for ignorant people.

The Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is nothing to do with religion, caste, rituals, worships, yoga, and other practices. Therefore an obvious disparity between Sage Sankara‘s path of Gnana, and the path of Karma. The path of Gnana is meant for the advanced seeker of truth and the path of Karma is meant for the ignorant populace.

Even Sage Sankara appears and tells the orthodox people the path of orthodoxy is the path of ignorance they will not be able to drop their inherited samskara or conditioning, which they think is the only way to reach heaven and reap a happy life in the next life.

As regards the rituals, Sage Sankara says, the person who performs rituals and aspires for rewards will view himself in terms of the caste into which he is born, his age, the stage of his life, his standing in society, etc. In addition, he is required to perform rituals all through his life. However, the Self has none of those attributes or tags. Hence, the person who superimposes all those attributes on the changeless, eternal Self and identifies the ‘Self’ with the body is confusing one for the other; and is, therefore, an ignorant person. The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc. are therefore addressed to an ignorant person.- (11- Adhyasa Bhashya)

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (10) - Ignorant fools, regarding sacrifices and humanitarian works as the highest, do not know any higher good. Having enjoyed their reward on the heights of heaven, gained by good works, they still remain in ignorance of the Atman the real God.

As a person, one performs rituals throughout his life. The person who performs rituals and aspires for rewards will view the world in which he exists as a reality. However, the Soul, the Self unborn eternal hidden by the world in which he exists. From the standpoint of the Soul, the world in which he exists is merely an illusion.

The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc. are therefore addressed to an ignorant person.

Orthodox people impose their outdated religious ideas on their children and force them into Self-imposed prison.

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (10) - Ignorant fools, regarding sacrifices and humanitarian works as the highest, do not know any higher good. Having enjoyed their reward on the heights of heaven, gained by good works, they enter again this world or a lower one.

It is high time for the orthodox people to realize the fact that their inherited belief system is meant for ignorant people. If they think they are on the right path, but the Vedas declare they are on the wrong path because they indulge in non-Vedic activities. Orthodox people think that they are on the right path to Moksha, but such moksha is mere an imagination within the dualistic illusion.

It is high time to realize the truth of their own inherited religion is full of adulteration and they are simply indulging in worships and activities barred by the Vedas. Vedas warns not to indulge in non-Vedic activities.

According to Advaita Vedanta, the Vedas addresses itself to two kinds of audiences - the ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices, and the more advanced seeker who seeks to know Brahman. Thus, the Purva mimam. sa, with its emphasis on the karma kanda of the Vedas, is meant for the first audience, to help lead its followers along the way. However, the Vedanta, with its emphasis on the jnana kanda, is meant for those who wish to go beyond such transient pleasures.

The Orthodox people are ordinary people. Thus the ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices. The karma kanda of the Vedas is meant for the ordinary audience, to help lead its followers along the way.

Most orthodox families, today live in the prison of dogmas. The orthodox people expect their clan to follow a certain outdated religious code of conduct (Shastras) and live dogmatically following the traditional lifestyle.

Their chosen path of orthodoxy is meant for the ignorant who have a sheepish mentality and blindly accept the inherited dogmas and superstition. From the ultimate standpoint, the concept of God itself is a superstition. Thus, all religious ideas of heaven, hell, sin, karma are mere imaginary theories meant for the ignorant people of ancient times.

It is high time to stop judging who is right and who is wrong in this unreal world instead, spend the same time to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to realize the world (Samsara) is unreal the Brahman alone is real. ~ Santthosh Kumaar

In reality, there is neither father nor son but only the Spirit, the God, which is present in the form of the consciousness, exists.+

In reality, there is neither father nor son but only the Spirit, the God, which is present in the form of the consciousness, exists.

Bible says: ~God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in Spirit and in Truth. (John 4:24)”

The Spirit is present in the form of consciousness. Everything is consciousness. All the moments are within the dualistic illusion. Whatever happens within the dualistic illusion is bound to be an illusion created out of consciousness. Thus, the consciousness alone is real and all else is merely an illusion.

“Spirit is my father and I and my father are one.”

If the Spirit is the father the son is bound to be the Spirit. The Spirit, the beloved alone is real and all else is merely an illusion.

There is no God in the dualistic illusion because the dualistic illusion is created out of God, which is present in the form of the Spirit or the consciousness. Thus, God alone is real.

Spirit is prior to Love. Love implies duality. The love hides God. When love disappears the God appears. Find the Self and Love the Self and rest in God, which is the Spirit.

If the father (God) is Spirit the son is bound to be the Spirit.

If God is Spirit, then how does man know God created the world? There is no proof. If man had seen God creating the world, he could admit it, but how could he have seen God before he came into existence? (i.e. were created).

The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there is.

That is why Jesus said: ~ Do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you. (Matthew -7:6)

Jesus meant Knowledge of Spirit, the God or Self-knowledge   (pearls) should not be given to the ignorant populace (pigs).

Jesus really say? To the multitude, he said, “God is in heaven; try to go there,” and to reach that end he said to overcome certain temptations and sufferings.

To his followers, he said, “God is everywhere; try to see Him.” and gave explanations to that effect.

To the close circle of apostles, he said, “God is in me and in you too,” and actually revealed this to them.

Why did Jesus say different things? Owing to the time and the persons, according to their readiness to listen and understand. What Jesus meant was to leave all and follow him; that means to know him, see him, and experience him.

The teachings that are being followed by Christians are not the real teachings that Christ gave. The priests have altered his words, added to his teachings, and spoiled them.

Jesus said: ~ Seek and ye shall find. Knock the doors shall open to you.

Jesus said: ~ Seek and ye shall find. Knock the doors shall open to you.
***
Gospel Thomas logian 22:~ Jesus saw infants being suckled. He said to his disciples, “These infants being suckled are like those who enter the kingdom.”

They said to him, “Shall we then, as children, enter the kingdom?”

Jesus said to them: “When you make the two one, and when you make the inside like the outside and the outside like the inside, and the above like the below, and when you make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female is female; and when you fashion eyes in the place of an eye, and a hand in place of a hand, and a foot in place of a foot, and a likeness in place of a likeness; then will you enter the kingdom.”

Santthosh Kumaar: ~ This above passage is Jesus’s version of Nonduality or Advaita. When one realizes mind (matter) and the Soul (Spirit), the Self, is one, in essence, there is no place for the duality. Without the duality, the universe ceases to exist. Without the universe, your existence within the universe is merely an illusion because there is scope for two because everything is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the consciousness or Spirit.

Until one thinks he is an individual separate from this world he remains in the realm of duality. Duality is the product of ignorance. When the Advaitic wisdom dawns, then the ignorance vanishes. When the ignorance vanishes, then the duality never remains as a reality.

God is not physical. God is present in the form of the Spirit. The Spirit is the cause of the Universe and the Spirit itself is uncaused.

From the standpoint of the Spirit, the form, time, space, and name are merely an illusion. The Spirit alone is real and all else is an illusion. In reality, the spirit (God) matter (the world in which we exist) are one in essence. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Advaitic orthodoxy is nothing to do with Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom. Advaitic orthodoxy is meant for the ignorant populace.+

Advaitic orthodoxy is nothing to do with Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom. Advaitic orthodoxy is meant for the ignorant populace.

Adyatma is nothing to do with religious sects or creeds and religious beliefs. Adyatma is pure spirituality. Knowledge of Atma is Adyatma. Advaita is Adyatma.

Adyatma is the knowledge of the truth hidden by the illusory form, time, and space. Bifurcate religion, yoga, and theoretical philosophy and base the truth on the Athma it is Adyathma.

Adyatma is based on the ultimate truth which is based on the Atman or Spirit, which is the Self.

Sage Sankara's Advaitic wisdom is pure spirituality or Adyathma.

According to Advaita Vedanta, the Veda addresses itself to two kinds of audiences –

1, “The ordinary ones who desire the transitory heaven and other pleasures obtained as a result of ritual sacrifices”.

2, “The advanced seekers who seek to know the ultimate truth or Brahman.”

Thus, the Purva mimam. sa, with its emphasis on the karma kanda of the Vedas, is meant for the first audience, to help lead its followers along the way. However, the Vedanta, with its emphasis on the jnana kanda, is meant for those who wish to go beyond form, time, and space.

Thus those who are seeking the truth have to discard the Theological Advaita without mercy in order to realize the Advaitic truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The Advaitic orthodoxy is based on the birth entity. The one which is born, lives, and dies in the world is not the ‘‘Self’’.

Sage Sankara says the world is an illusion Brahman alone is real and Atman is Brahman.

Thus, it proves the world in which birth and death happen is merely an illusion. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the cause of the world is real. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Orthodoxy is the path of ignorance. And ignorant worship mechanically performs the prescribed sacrifices without any thought as to why they are doing them.

That is why Ish Upanishads says:~ Such people no wonder they grope in the dark. They are doomed unless someday the truth dawns on them that to save themselves they must seek ‘Self’-knowledge.

The Advaitic orthodoxy is conduct-oriented and tries to prove the truth on the base of scriptural authorities, whereas the ultimate truth is based on the Soul, the Self.

The religion, concept of God and scriptures are the greatest obstacle to acquiring ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Scriptural knowledge fuels the ego. And ego makes one experience the duality as reality. Duality makes one blind to the truth and makes one accept, the egocentric theories based on the false self as an authority. The ultimate truth has to be proved without the scriptures.

The Advaitic Orthodoxy holds the caste, religious rites, God and Glorifying the Gurus, scriptural studies, virtues, good deeds, and physical conducts as the means to acquire the ‘Self’-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

The Advaitic orthodoxy believes in the worship of non-Vedic Gods barred by Vedas.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

The Vedas confirm God is Atman (Spirit), the ‘Self’.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

Do not accept any other God other than the Soul. The Soul is God in truth,  Nothing is real but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Nothing matters but realize  God in truth. God in truth is everywhere and in everything. Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

God in truth is hidden by the illusory universe. God in truth alone is real and eternal and all else is an illusion.

Brahman is merely a word to indicate the ultimate truth or God in truth.  The ultimate truth itself is God in truth.

Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman the innermost ‘Self’. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the innermost ‘Self’. In reality, there is no duality, no differentiation. Only Atman exists.

As per the Ish Upanishad: ~ Those who worship Gods and Goddesses go into deeper darkness because they seek rewards for their worship.

That is why Sage Goudpada says that:~ The merciful Veda teaches karma and Upasana to people of lower and middling intellect, while Jnana is taught to those of higher intellect.

This clearly indicates that religion, which is based on individual conduct, prescribes karma and Upasana to people of lower and middling intellect, therefore religion is for the lower intellect. And wisdom is for those who are capable of inquiring into their own existence. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

You are the ego.+

The waking experience is based on the ‘ego’. You are the ego. The ego is the false self within the false experience(waking).

You are born, live, and die in the world. The world in which you exist appears as the waking experience (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality). The dream is the parallel waking experience and the waking experience is a parallel dream.

Within the waking experience, you view and judge the worldview as a person. If you e want to realize the truth you must realize the Self is not you but the Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

Only when you learn to view and reason the worldview from the standpoint of the formless Soul, the  ‘Self’, the truth will start revealing on its own.

You cannot attain truth while existing in the empirical base and you cannot conduct your worldly activities in the transcendental base. Both life and truth are important. Life has to be lived and you have to reach the truth to overcome the burden and the bondage of the illusory experience of birth, life, and death (duality). Therefore, the seeker has to develop soulcentric reasoning faculty to judge the dual and non-dual experiences, in order to discover and realize ‘what truth is’ and ‘what is untruth’. Without knowing what is the untruth, it is impossible to accept the truth which is beyond form, time, and space.

Deeper Self-search helps the seeker to discover and realize the fact that, from the standpoint of the Soul, the  Self, the waking experience is an illusion created out the consciousness.

Perfect understanding and assimilation of ‘what is what’ helps you to transcend into the formless substance of the world in which you exist. The substance of the world in which you exist is consciousness. The  Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the real  Self and the eternal identity.

When the seeker learns to view and judge the worldview on the base of formless Soul as the ‘Self’ then the waking experience, which is experienced as reality becomes unreal. The same way as the dream becomes unreal when the waking takes place.

The one that appears as the waking experience, the one that appears as a dream, and one that remains without the waking or the dream is nothing but consciousness. The appearance and disappearance are merely an illusion created out of consciousness. In reality, the three states are non-existent as a reality.

All the three states are created out of single clay and that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The difference between duality and nonduality is, the duality is an illusion created out of non-dualistic stuff. There is no such thing as duality in reality because the reality is nondualistic. From the standpoint of the Soul, all the appearance itself is an illusion. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness alone, is real and eternal

One who has not learned to view and reason the worldview on the base of the Soul, the ‘Self’ will not be able to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The nature of the Soul, the Self is like deep sleep (Advaita). In deep sleep, there is no trace of duality.+

You, your experience of the world, your religion, your religious Gods you’re your religious heaven and hell, your paradise, your physical gurus, your sins, your good deeds, your karmas your holy rivers, your sacred mountains are within the dualistic illusion. The dualistic illusion is present in the form of the ‘I’.

Only when the ‘I’ appears the dualistic illusion appears. And when ‘I’ disappears the dualistic illusion disappears. The ‘I’ hides the ‘Self’. The ‘I’ hides the ‘Self’ means the dualistic illusion hides the ‘Self, the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

When Sage Sankara says clearly, the universe is not real. He says that Brahman and Atman are one. The ultimate and the Absolute Truth is the Self, which is one though appearing as many in different individuals and things. The individual and things have no reality. Only the Self is Real; the rest, mental and physical are but passing appearances. So, it indicates the universe is unreal because the universe is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Only the Soul is real, and the ultimate reality because there is no second thing other than the Soul, the Self.

The Soul is not limited to an individual. The individuals are many, but the Soul is one. The individual exists within the universe. The Soul is the cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused. The Soul is not within the human body.

The universe is created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Thus, whatever universe contains is bound to be the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

In the dream world, the dream people appeared together and disappeared together and disappears together. Similarly, the waking world and waking people appeared together and disappears together.

Thus, the dream is created out of single stuff and that stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. In the same way, the waking experience also created out single stuff. And that single stuff is consciousness.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is the cause of the three states and it itself is uncaused. The many soul theories are religious and yogic fables based on the false self(ego) and false experience (waking).

Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana.

Like an ornament made from gold is Gold, that which is born out of consciousness is consciousness. Like gold is the permanent thing, in ornaments made of gold, similarly, the mind, which is in the form of the universe is born out of consciousness, is consciousness in its essence.

Deeper Self-search reveals the fact that you are not the Self, the world in which you exist is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, but the consciousness is specifically not an entity or identity or a thing within the world in which you exist. But it is the cause of the world in which you exist and it itself is uncaused.

The Soul is hidden within the world in which you exist. The nature of the Soul is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Thus, it is necessary to realize the world in which you exist is created out of single stuff, which is consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. Thus, God alone is real; the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.

Scholars, interpretations of sacred texts, the force of religious merit--none of these lead to the realization of that ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana is the knowledge of the immortal Soul, the one and only ‘Self’ of all that exists as an illusion.

All this talk of immortality will crumble into nothingness because he has not known the knowledge of the Soul, which is immortal.

The nature of the Soul, the Self is like deep sleep (Advaita). In deep sleep, there is no trace of duality.

The waking or dream is the world of objects. And the waking and a dream is an object to the Soul, which is the formless subject. Without the knowledge of the formless subject, the object will remain a reality.

By becoming aware of the formless subject, the reality of the object ceases to exist as a reality.

The knowledge of the object (body) as the subject is the cause of ignorance. Thus, it is necessary to examine the nature of the object in order to realize the fact that the object is not the subject.

The subject is not the form, but it is formless. The knower of the object is the subject, which is the Soul or the consciousness. So, the object has no existence without the subject. Therefore, it is erroneous to view and judge, the truth on the base of the object as subject.

Conscious ignorance of all objects (three states) means really the positive knowledge of the Soul, the Self, which pervades everywhere and everything in the object. Consequently, the ignorance of the ordinary man in deep sleep is really the knowledge of his own Self, which is happiness and Consciousness.

One can say about his deep sleep experience only when the waking takes place that is in the states of ignorance.

The ignorance of the mind (universe) in deep sleep is nothing but the knowledge of the Self, which is nondual peace. Thus the experience in deep sleep, if properly understood, is only one; and that is the Soul, which is in the form of consciousness. There is only one there, and hence the ignorance of the many is no experience at all.

A Gnani knows what he is talking about is not an explanation, what he is talking about is the realization of the truth, which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.

A Gnani shares his joy by sharing his wisdom; he is singing the song about the unsung truth. Remember whenever a Gnani speaks about God it is not a belief; he knows it, it is his realization. He is talking out of his realization; hence he can be of immense help to the whole of humanity.

A Gnani always sees the world in which he exists as the Soul without any division of form, time, and space. And a Gnani watches his own actions as if they were another's. he is never puffed up by the praise or disturbed by blame.

As for Gnani, his individuality is dead. It is merged in the Soul like waves in the ocean. A Gnani lives in freedom have gone beyond the dualities of life.

A Gnani is not competing with anyone, he is alike in success and failure and content with whatever comes to him. He is e free, without Selfish attachments; his attention is fixed in the awareness of the Soul.

A Gnani performs all practical duties of the practical world like others and he helps other seekers to get rid of the ignorance of their true existence.

The Seeker must first realize: What is the Self?

If something is true, is real, is constant, is a foundation of a nature that is unchanging, this can be called the Self.

The Soul, the Self is the fullness of consciousness without the illusory division of form, time, and space. The Soul is formless, timeless and spaceless, and eternal existence.

People have not penetrated the meaning of the ‘Self’. The meaning is that the ultimate truth is the Self, which is eternal is existence.

You are impermanent because the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

People have not penetrated the meaning of the ‘Self’. The meaning is that the ultimate truth is the Self, which is eternal is existence.

You should not hold anything of the dualistic illusion (universe), which is impermanence. The world in which you exist makes you feel as though they are real but ultimately they are merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is permanent.

You must cultivate to see the permanence (Soul) hidden by the impermanence (universe) as it is.

If you do this, you will be like one who sees a gem in the muddied water among the stones and rocks and waits for the water to settle before he skilfully plucks it out.

It is the same with cultivating the idea of the Soul, the 'Self' hidden by the dualistic illusion (universe). : ~Santthosh Kumaar

Those who hold ‘You’ or ‘I’ as the witness are still in the elementary stages of spirituality.+

You are not the witness because you are not the Self. Remember: The Self is not you but the Soul, which witnesses the world in which you exist(waking) as a whole. Those who hold ‘you’ or ‘I’ as the witness are still in the elementary stages of spirituality.

Inborn conditioning is the cause of ignorance. Ignorance is the cause of experiencing the dualistic illusion as a reality.

The inborn conditioning is present in the form of the ‘I’. The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind. The mind is present in the form of the universe. The universe appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality).

Thus, it is necessary to get rid of the inborn conditioning to get rid of ignorance. Only through Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Athma Gnana is possible to get rid of the ignorance

Until this inborn conditioning is present one is in the grip of dualistic illusion and he experiences the birth, life, death, and the world as reality. This inborn conditioning makes one experience the dualistic illusion (world) as a reality.

It is impossible to get rid of any conditioning without getting rid of the inborn samskara or conditioning. ‘I’ or ‘I AM’ is the inborn samskara or conditioning.

The ‘I’ or ‘I AM’ is the mother of all conditioning. Because of this inborn conditioning, one thinks he is an individual separate from the world and the world that existed prior to him and he is born in it afterward.

The Self is not you, but the Self is the one which witnesses you and the world together. Therefore, it is erroneous to say ‘I AM THIS’ or ‘I AM THAT’ because the ‘I’ itself is an illusion. Thus, it is necessary to know ‘What is ‘I’? - in order to realize the truth beyond form, time, and space.

Until this inborn conditioning is present one is in the grip of dualistic illusion and he experiences the birth, life, death, and the world as reality. This inborn conditioning makes one experience the illusory duality as reality.

There is no second thing other than the spirit (Soul or consciousness) because everything is made of the same stuff. Whatever splits and multiplies are part of the illusion.

From the non-dualistic perspective, the illusion has no value. Whatever prevails without the illusion is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God.

The Soul which is present in the form of consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman. The universe is not real.

There is no difference between Brahman and the universe because the universe is a mere illusion created out of consciousness, which is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

Lord Krishna himself says The adepts give prasad, blessing, initiations, mantras, etc. only to confer temporary peace of mind, to help you to get rid of worries, but not to confer Gnana.+

Lord Krishna himself says that he can do nothing to make a man intelligent straight away. The adepts give Prasad, blessing, initiations, mantras, etc. only to confer temporary peace of mind, to help you to get rid of worries, but not to confer Gnana. The capacity to receive it must first be inborn in man by evolutionary degree.
Chandogya Upanishad: ~ One who meditates upon and realizes the 'Self' discovers that everything in the cosmos-- energy and space, fire and water, name and form, birth and death, mind and will, word and deed, mantrams and meditation--all come from the Self.
Sage Sri, Sankara says: ~ ‘Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae) and medicines to such a one?
For one who wants to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the mantas will not help to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.
For one who has been bitten by the serpent of ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?
Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity with the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together.
A sickness of not cured by saying the word “medicine.” You must take the medicine. Liberation does not come by merely saying the word “Brahman.” Brahman must be experienced. Until you allow this apparent universe to dissolve from your consciousness until you have realized Brahman, how can you find liberation just by saying the word Brahman? The result is merely noise. Until a man has destroyed his enemies and taken possession of the splendor and wealth of the kingdom, he cannot become a king by simply saying “I am a king.”
A buried treasure is not uncovered by merely uttering the words: “Come forth.” You must follow the right directions, dig, remove the stones and earth from above it, and then make it your own. In the same way, the pure truth of the Atman, which is buried under Maya and the effects of Maya, can be reached by meditation, contemplation, and other spiritual disciplines but never by subtle arguments.
The world in which you and the guru exist is the product of ignorance. If there is no ignorance, then the world in which you and your guru exist cease to exist as a reality.

When reality appears this ignorance which one thinks as reality becomes unreal.

The ultimate truth has to be realized first without any philosophy, then only it is possible to know what the scriptures are saying.

Reality is simply the loss of ignorance.

Until the ignorance is there the body, ego and the world exist as a reality. When ignorance vanishes then the Soul, the 'Self' remains in its own awareness. In Self - awareness there is unity in diversity, thus there is only oneness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
