Celibacy is a religious fable. What is the use of celibacy in the Atmic path when the Atma is genderless because it is the formless, timeless, and spaceless existence?
Celibacy is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self, which is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. Celibacy is not a qualification to acquire Advaitic wisdom.
The Gnani uses sense-objects because he sees they are as consciousness. He is fully aware of the fact that practical life within the practical world is merely an illusion created out of consciousness. He is fully aware of the fact that it would be foolish to observe celibacy within the illusory world in which he exists.
The sex is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self. Sex is a reality on a physical base. When the body is not the experiencer of the body itself, it is not correct to be judgemental on the ’I’ (physical base).
Until one becomes aware of the Soul, the 'Self, which is witnessing, the body and the world together, he will not be able to know and realize he and his experience of the world are merely an illusion. Therefore, it is necessary to become aware of the formless entity to know the experience of birth, life, death, and the world merely an illusion.
If the experience of birth, life, death, and the world is an illusion, then sex also is part of that illusion. Thus, it is necessary for the seeker to learn, view, and judge on the base of the Soul, the Self to understand and assimilate the truth hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.
The sex-based theories of enlightenment are merely theories based on the false self (ego or the waking entity) and false experience (waking or universe).
The sex-based theories of enlightenment are merely theories based on the false self (ego or the waking entity) and false experience (waking or universe).
Sex and the sexual act is not the means to Self-realization because the Self is genderless and ever formless. Sex implies duality. The tantric sex is a theory based on the false Self (you) within the false experience (waking). When the world in which you exist is an illusion, thus having sex within the illusory world is bound to be an illusion.
The Kundalini theory is based on the physical-based theory. When the Self is not the body (you), then the Kundalini theory based on the body has no value. All the chakra and kundalini are within the body. The Soul, the Self is bodiless because it is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. The seeker of truth should not fall into the trap of such theories. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is nothing to do with tantric sex or kundalini.
Remember:~
As one goes deeper into research one finds the fact that - Celibacy and living in a monastery were always strange to Vedic religion. In fact, almost all the great sages of Puranas and Vedas were householders. Observing celibacy and the monastery system in Vedic religion is the influence of Buddhism and Jainism. Hinduism is a mixture of Vedic, Jain and Buddhist, and many other ideologies. The pure essence of Sanatan Dharma is lost by adopting the ideology of many other ideologies.
There is no need to renounce anything, other than ignorance. Renouncing worldly life and becoming a sanyasi is not needed for Self-realization. Sanyasa is not the means to Self-Realization. Sanyasa is nothing to do with the ultimate truth. Whatever is renounced on the base of physical self cannot be the qualification to acquire Self-knowledge.
A Gnani is aware of the fact that the soul is the true self, and the three states are unreal. There is no use in giving up worldly life and becoming a monk or sanyasi, in order to get self-realization, because all the physical activity is part of the illusion.
The illusion is caused by the ignorance of the Soul, the Self. When self is not physical, then what is the use of renunciation which is based on the physical self?
Renunciation is a religious idea and it is a great obstacle in the pursuit of truth. The sanyasi thinks he is an individual separate from the world, therefore; he will not be able to renounce the ignorance. Therefore, he is not qualified for self-knowledge.

Religionists cannot take a comprehensive view and so decry what they cannot understand. There is no need to get an aversion to existence, as do the ascetics and yogis; on the contrary, he has to learn that he should go on living in the world, as a householder and he should accept the worldly life like any other commoner.
There is no need to give up anything in order to acquire nondual wisdom, but to know “What is the truth? “and “What is untruth?” in order to assimilate self-knowledge.
The method of asceticism is only for a lower stage where one gives up externally in order to help one get into the internal attitude of freedom from desire. The mental renunciation is higher. Thus, the Upanishad indicates that the true goal is to acquire self-knowledge.
Remember:~
Katha Upanishad says:~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking themselves wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Ch II-5 P-14)
It indicates that the one who is ignorant [darkness] of the true self [formless witness/Atman] searches truth by accumulating knowledge of every path and practice and uncertain about the truth, and thinks every path leads towards reality. Ignorance is the cause of experiencing the dualistic illusion as a reality.

Katha Upanishad:~This Atman cannot be attained by the study of the Vedas, or by intelligence, nor by much hearing of sacred books. It is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals Its own form. (Katha Upanishad Ch-II -23-P-20)
Mundaka Upanishad:~ This Atman cannot be attained through the study of the Vedas, nor through intelligence, nor through much learning. He who chooses Atman—by him alone is Atman attained. It is Atman that reveals to the seeker Its true nature. (3 –page-70 Mundaka Upanishad. Upanishads by Nikilanada]
The above passages further prove that: self-knowledge cannot be attained by the study of the Vedas and intellectual understanding or by bookish knowledge. Therefore, there is no use in studying the Vedas and other scriptures in order to acquire non-dual wisdom. That is why Bhagavan Buddha rejected the scriptures, and even Sage Sankara indicated that the truth lies beyond religion, the concept of God, and the scriptures.

Sage Sankara says:~ VC: 56. Neither by Yoga, nor by Sankhya, nor by work, nor by learning, but by the realization of one's identity with Brahman is Liberation possible, and by no other means.
58. Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar but are no good for Liberation.
59. The study of the Scriptures is useless so long as the highest Truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the highest Truth has already been known.
60. The Scriptures consisting of many words are a dense forest that merely causes the mind to ramble. Hence, men of wisdom should earnestly set about knowing the true nature of the Self.
61. For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?
62. A disease does not leave off if one simply utters the name of the medicine, without taking it; (similarly) without direct realization one cannot be liberated by the mere utterance of the word Brahman.
63. Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the Self, how is one to achieve Liberation by the mere utterance of the word Brahman? — It would result merely in an effort of speech
64. Without killing one’s enemies, and possessing oneself of the splendor of the entire surrounding region, one cannot claim to be an emperor by merely saying, ‘I am an emperor’.
65. As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.
66. Therefore, the wise should, as in the case of disease and the like, personally strive by all the means in their power to be free from the bondage of repeated births and deaths.
67. The question that thou hast asked today is excellent, approved by those versed in the Scriptures, aphoristic, pregnant with meaning, and fit to be known by the seekers after Liberation.
The seeker of truth has to take the direct path and avoid losing precious time and effort losing himself in religion, yoga, and philosophical studies. there is no need to become a sanyasi and remain permanently in ignorance, but remain as a householder and acquire non-dual wisdom without sanyasa.:~Santthosh Kumaar
