or Brahmic truth will not find it through intellectualism.+

The truth is yourself is not the real Self. Yourself means the ego and the real Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Understanding reality without clarity is disastrous. The lethargic attitude makes one remain in ignorance without proper inquiry and a perfect understanding of ‘what is what’.
Until you know What ‘Self is in actuality all your accumulated knowledge is garbage of ignorance.
If you hold the Self within you then you are holding the ego as the Self.
The Soul, the Self is not within you because it pervades in everything and everywhere in the universe.
The Soul, the Self is hidden by the universe. When you finally realize the ‘‘Self’ ‘is not you but the ‘‘Self’’ is the Soul then you will realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the Soul. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.
Sage Sankara: ~ “VC- All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman (Consciousness) which is absolutely free from all the limitations of Maya.
Sage Sankara: ~ VC-63-"Without knowing and examining the universe, one can’t know the Truth, as the idea that the external world exists, won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the external world.
Sage Sankara says: ~ “What is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead a person to the final goal. On the contrary, such acceptance will result only in evil, something which is detrimental to our spiritual progress.
Sage Sankara says: - VC-47- All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the non-Self.
Until you think you are an individual separate from the world and the world existed prior to you and you are born in it afterward ignorance will prevail as a reality. Till ignorance is there the universe prevails as reality.
Sage Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.

Remember:~
Mundaka Upanishads:~ So-called spiritual pundits and learned are called children because a child takes whatever it thinks as truth. The question never occurs to children “Is what I have seen or thought really the truth?" (P.334 line 9)
The scripture's mastery, the force of religious merit--none of these lead to the realization of that Ultimate Truth or Brahman. The ultimate truth is revealed in the clear understanding and realization of ‘what is the truth? and ‘what is the untruth?.
When one realizes the untruth (universe) is created out of single stuff, Self-awareness rises in the midst of duality exposing the unreal nature of form, time, and space.
An adherent of the orthodox philosopher may say his philosophy teaches so and so", another man may object and say, “No, his religious philosophy teaches such and such." Thus, they may go on uttering contradictions in the name of philosophy. True philosophy deals only with the appeal to facts, not theories.
Where scriptures and authorities do not agree with the reason, the seeker of truth must reject them.
How is one to know that the scriptures are true? The seeker has to look into the facts, for proof of what has the worship of God done for the people! When a tsunami occurred in Japan God did not save the believers of Japan.
Thus, God saves the one who prays, such an argument is of no value in the pursuit of truth.
People believe scripture is infallible, but deeper Self-search reveals the fact that they are a mere book of words. The words are a mere expression of thoughts. Then it is impossible to see if the scripture-writers thoughts are founded in fact or not.
The fallacy of orthodoxy’s appeal to scripture lies in the varying and conflicting interpretations of the same scripture that different men feel entitled to give or hold.
The scriptures are for the ignorant masses, who wholly accept the practical life within the practical world as it presents itself Gnana is for those who have begun to realize that things are not what they seem.:~Santthosh Kumaar

Most of these bands of Gurus are half religious and half spiritual. They have not reached anywhere but they think they are Gnanis.+

Most of these bands of Gurus are half religious and half spiritual. They have not reached anywhere but they think they are Gnanis and propagate their cocktail teaching collected from different sources. They are just playing with the emotions of people.
A Gnani is not recognized by the people because he does not identify himself with religion nor he wears a religious robe.
Manduka Upanishads: - It is not possible to recognize who is a Gnani because he bears no external mark. Neither nudity nor the yellow robe has anything to do with him.
Sage Sankara:~ Gnani wears no signs. Gives up the insignia of a monk's life…his signs are not manifest, nor his behavior." When the knower of Brahman wears no signs -- it means he does not identify himself as a Guru or a teacher.
Sage Sankara says: - A Gnani~ “Sometimes he appears to be a fool, sometimes a wise man. Sometimes he seems splendid as a king, sometimes feeble-minded. Sometimes he is calm and silent. Sometimes he draws men to him. Sometimes people honor him greatly, sometimes they insult him. Sometimes they ignore him.
A Gnani never identifies himself as a swami, Guru, pundit, or yogi.

Remember:~
People see god only through their religious spectacle. They fail to recognize the truth hidden by their religion.
Religion is nothing to do with spirituality. If you mix religion and yoga with spirituality, you will never be able to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Those who are stuck with religion and yoga are not fit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Religion and yoga are based on the matter not on the Spirit therefore, they are useless in the pursuit of truth.
Yoga Vasistha:~ "Teachers, interpretations of sacred texts, the force of religious merit--none of these lead to the realization of that Ultimate Truth which is revealed in the clear reflection of the heart, engendered from contact with the good."
All religions claim that their books are not man-made? Hindus claim that the Vedas are Aporsheya: not made by man but revealed by God himself; and Sanskrit is the divine language, not human.
All religions have the same type of claim. Muslims say the Koran has descended from God, and so with Jews and Christians.
Everybody is trying to claim that their religious book is a sacred book and nobody bothers to look at the real divine book.

This is what the real Veda, the real Koran, the real Bible is. This is the book, and all other books are man-made. Only this universe is the book that is authored by God, because, God is hidden by the universe.
The universe is the real Veda, the real Koran, the real Bible. The universe is the book, and all other books are man-made.

Only when you open the book of the universe the God hidden in the book will be revealed. When you finish reading the book of the universe then the universe will become an illusion and God alone prevails as the ultimate reality.
Sage Sankara says: ~ “What is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead a person to the final goal. On the contrary, such acceptance will result only in evil, something detrimental to our spiritual progress.
You are also part of the divine book of the universe! And whatever you have seen, known, believed, and experienced as an individual is part of it.
As your inner conviction about the Soul grows you will be able to realize ‘what is the truth?’ and ‘what is the untruth?’
As we keep thinking and reasoning deeper and deeper, the truth will shine as pure awareness in the midst of the duality (waking).
The Soul, the ‘Self’ is your ultimate teacher. It is the Soul, the inner teacher that will walk with you to the goal, for the Soul is the goal.:~Santthosh Kumaar

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is the cause of the whole universe.+

The world, in which you exist, exists because of the ‘I’, without the ‘I’, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist.
Thus, it is necessary to realize ‘what is this ‘I’. The ‘I’ itself is ignorance.
Till one holds the ‘I’ as the Self, it is impossible to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Thus, the seeker has to get rid of the ignorance, which is present in the form of ‘I’, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman.
Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana helps to get rid of ignorance.
Perfect understanding of ‘what is what leads get rid of the ignorance.
The ‘I’ hides the Soul. Therefore, the seeker has to realize ‘what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality.
If the Self is not ‘I’ but the Self is the Soul then from the standpoint of the Soul, the innermost Self: ~
Where is the ‘I’?
Where is the ego?
Where is the body?
Where is the mind?
Where is the world in which you exist?
Where are the form, time, and space?
Where is the waking experience?
Where is the duality?
Where is void?
They are or have become one with the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman.
The ‘I’ is present only when the mind is present. The mind is present only when the world is present. The world is present only when there is a waking experience.
A deeper self-search reveals the fact that the waking experience is not considered different from the world. The world is not considered different from the mind. The mind is not considered different from the I’. This truth has to be assimilated.
The ‘I’ is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. ‘I’ is not the subject. The ‘I’ is an object to the Soul, which is the formless, timeless, and spaceless subject.
If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the world in which you exist is bound to be an illusion.
If the ‘I’ is an illusion then three states, are bound to be an illusion.
If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the form, time, and space are bound to be an illusion.
If the I’ is an illusion then the individual experience of birth, life, and death is bound to be an illusion.
If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the words and thoughts are bound to be an illusion.
If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the duality is bound to be an illusion.
The seeker has to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be? The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ which comes and goes in order to realize the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.
That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)
The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is the cause of the whole universe.
People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.
That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.
People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take as real because some Gurus have propagated the Self is the ‘I’. is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.
That is why Sage Sankara says: - VC-65- As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it, and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.
People refuse to accept anything other than their Guru's words. For them, their Guru's words are the ultimate truth. They do not accept anything else other than their accepted truth. There is no need to convince such a mindset.
Such a mindset is not fit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The seekers of truth accept only the truth nothing but the uncontradictable truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Without knowing what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality it is impossible to grasp the truth, which is hidden by the ‘I’.+

Without knowing what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality it is impossible to grasp the truth, which is hidden by the ‘I’.
You and your world are within the ‘I’, which is the dualistic illusion. The ‘Self’ is not ‘I’ but the Soul, the Self is the witness of the ‘I’, which is the dualistic illusion.
You and your experience of the world are nothing to do with the Soul, the 'Self', which is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.
Thus, you and your individual experience of birth, life, death, and the world is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self. When ignorance vanishes, then the Soul, the Self, remains in its own awareness.
Our body and the world in which we exist are made out of single clay. That single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Thus, the whole universe in which we exist is nothing but consciousness.
Thus, consciousness alone is real and the universe in which we exist is merely an illusion. Thus, all the contents of the universe are merely an illusion.
You are bound by birth, life and death, and the world. You are born within the world, which is merely an illusion.
You are living within the illusory world, and you are going to die within the illusory world. Whatever is born, lives, and dies within the illusory world is not the Self.
Only in illusion, there is form, time, and space. The form, time, and space within the illusory world is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self.
The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, there is no scope form, time, and space. In the real nature of the Soul, there is no duality.
All the years you have passed are within the illusory universe. Billions of past and future years belong to the illusory universe. The things that happened billions of years ago and the things that are to happen billions of years from now are happenings within the illusory universe. The illusory universe is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self.
The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman.
The practical life within the practical world is nothing to do with the Soul, the Self. The Soul is the formless substance and the witness of the illusion.
In the realm of the truth, the substance and the witness of the illusion are one in essence. That essence is the Soul or consciousness.
Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.:~Santthosh Kumaar
